Very busy downtown Dallas Plaintiff Law Firm is seeking a Nurse Paralegal/Legal Nurse Consultant who has solid litigation experience. Right candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing as well as a Paralegal Certificate, and we are particularly interested if you have worked in a trauma unit or emergency room. Candidate must know how to take a case from intake to courthouse; solid trial preparation experience is a must. Candidate must be extremely sharp, willing to work hard, and thrive in a fast paced environment. Required skills include Word, Excel, Summation, knowledge of ordering medical records, preparing medical chronologies and timelines, document review, and preparation of exhibit and witness lists. This position will support partner level attorneys. A great attitude, stable work history and can-do attitude will land you this job; only tenured applicants need apply. Salary depends on experience up to 85k; this is a full time, direct hire position.
