To register online for a meeting:
1. Log In to payment profile - click here to go to login page
**Registering a profile and obtaining a user name/password to log in with will put your contact information into the system so that you do not have to fill in all the contact information on the online payment page every time.
2. Go to online payment page, choose correct payment option and proceed to checkout.
To register & pay with a check:
1. Fill out registration form.

2. Click EMAIL button on top right corner of form after you fill it out and send the email with attached form.
3. Send check with name and meeting date to arrive no later than 3 business days prior to meeting to:

4. Don't forget that you must send the registration form via email to be included in the headcount to ensure
there is enough food for lunch.
